Q: Do I own it?
A: You own the design and the data, but the applications and databases belong to WebSuiteLive. We provide you with your design as soon as your Website is launched for your safe-keeping. You also have access to data anytime to export for your safe-keeping.

Q: Are there any long-term contracts?
A: Not at all. You can elect to go month-to-month or a 1-year contract for a better rate. No commitments required!

Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: Yes, if you don't like your design within 30 days of ordering, we will refund your deposit back (except $100 to cover our time).

Q: What happens if I want to move/change providers?
A: No problem! We will assist to make as smooth as possible transition. We can export the information pages into a traditional static html Website. You will already have your design and can access your data anytime.

Q: What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?
A: We guard our client's data and privacy and take it very seriously. We use software and hardware firewalls, our data center is locked-down, we back-up every night, and only use top-of-the-line SCUSI RAID 5 servers for reliability.
